I rinse my hair similar to unchanging as well as make use of tons of conditioner (sometimes even leave in conditioner) generally during a tips. But if we even straighten my hair 3-5 times we begin removing a little separate ends. What’s a most appropriate approach to take caring of this as well as prolonged thick hair in general? (Oh as well as we do not similar to which things we put in your hair prior to straightening it, we do not straighten which most anyway.)

The best thing you can do is to trim your ends regularly. When you iron your hair go easy on the ends. Also, I know you dont like hair serums but biosilk makes a really good one. It has silicone in it so it coats your hair so it will have less heat damage.
you should use a hair mask. it is not a leave in conditioner but you leave it in for maybe 10-15 min. leave in conditioner is not that great for your hair. if you split your hair up in small portions and then twist it, all the hair that sticks up are split ends. you can take scissors and just trim them. it wont ruin your hair, it helps keep it healthy…smoother…and well ofcourse it makes less split ends.
Straightening can make your hair stop growing, if you know what’s good for you. Models don’t do that to their hair, and even celebrities because they know it is damaging to their hair.
Split ends, just trim them.
Tons of conditioner is just another waste of money. DYK the hair industry is a billion dollar business? Their job is to make promises, say anything so we could buy buy buy and for them to sell sell sell so they can build another mansion in a secluded island somewhere and to buy Lamborghini for their collection?
It’s called marketing. Even the cheapest shampoo does its job, to clean the pollution. You don’t even need conditioner, unless you live in a hard water area (lucky me), if your hair is permed, dyed, straightened. The majority of hair problems here are from girls in their 30s, asking how to care for their damaged hair, what product to make their hair grow, why their hair falls out, and why their shampoo or conditioner don’t work. And they’re giving advice here?
Did you watched Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show this evening? Many of their models’s hair were curled, not by using hot curlers, but the old fashioned plastic curlers to get their hair wavy. Only HS girls and some college girls use tools to straighten their hair. Don’t know why it’s trendy with them, but the older people get, they don’t, because they know better now.
I would suggest to use a hair oil. There is many different types but try to find one that isn’t to greasy. This will protect your hair. Also– Don’t straighten it to often and make sure that when you do it, use a product to put in the hair before it ( that protects it as well)
From what i can tell my hair is like yours, the best thing to do is to deep condition (put the conditioner in your hair, put a shower cap on and sit under the dryer for 10-15 minutes) your hair every once and a wile.
You also want to make sure you are getting regular scheduled trims to get rid of the dead ends so that they don’t travel up the hair shaft.
Lastly You need a good blow dryer and flat iron to avoid damaging your hair with heat. I would suggest a FHI Heat iron and blow dryers or a Chi iron. Flat iron should have ceramic plates are the best. I hope all goes well and I wish you happy hair lol
I doesn’t matter if how much you straighten your hair, if you use any heat product at all, you should always use a heat protecting spray. Condition only the ends and leave it on for a couple minutes. The heat from your shower will helps tons. Use a leave in conditioner on the ends and comb through with a wide tooth comb. Put it in a bun or braid before bed. And get regular trims, 4-6 weeks if keeping length and 6-8 if growing it out.
Brush your hair before washing it. This way you’ll remove any dirt from your hair.
Massage your scalp gently massage will boost your circulation.
Shampoo. Nobody can tell you how often you have to shampoo your hair. When you feel your hair is dirty, wash it gentle, with a shampoo that works on your hair. Read the page about how to choose the right shampoo for more.
Always Moisturize your hair
Rinse Best way to rinse your hair is by using vinegar, if possible apple vinegar. Rinsing helps your hair shine.
Water Try to use mildly cold water. Finish, if possible, with cold water, this will close the cuticles.
Drying your hair Let your hair dry naturally. Squeeze the water, and then use a towel to blot your hair. This way you’ll have a moisturized, healthy hair.
Hairbrush Do not use a hairbrush until your hair is dry; the wet hair can be easily damaged. Avoid plastic hairbrushes; hair will probably end up in knots
Season, age, sex, food & drink, tobacco, all have a big influence on hair growth. Have a healthy life and you’ll have a healthy hair, too
Hair styling Try to avoid curling irons and hair-dryers to prevent hair damage. Also, avoid heat and prolonged exposure to sunlight
