lol funny story! I went to a hair salon that “specialized in weaves”! LET ME TELL YOU! i bought my hair from another store and the lady tells me it’s cheaper to buy it at her place because it’s included in the price. i initially had wet n wavy but she insisted i get some weird type wave. i listened….
she did a full head….AND cUT MY HAIR INTO BANGS!!! STRAIGHT BANGS! AND I HAD A POINTY HEAD! it was the worst style ever & PROM was that night! $200 WASTED lol
I’ve never had a weave but great info for those who do and i learened a lot.

you are so right I had a hair dresser that did not know how to do the closure so she glued the top of my hair in and because I couldn’t see at the top I felt taken advantage of for 160.00 withpartial glued in hair when I paid for a sew in.

i dont like the indian hair either only because i feel like yaki looks more natural. the purpose of a weave is for it to look like ur own hair
When the lady did it, it was horrible, I think it traumatized me lol. Thank goodness that I got the closure thing down now. It took me a while to get, but once I did it was smooth sailing.

The wet & wavy, I would just do a couple of big braids to go to sleep
I think so, I have been doing some research on some human hair lace fronts, so when I find one that I like, I will definitely do a review on it
lol, it was crazy when you said it looked like a cone. thats what i try to avoid when i am weaving my hair and especially on camera and my viewers watching on youtube. i did a full head weave yesterday and alot of people asked me how to do the closure so if u want you coukld check it out. you are looking beautiful and i wanna wish u a wonderful new years and all your dreams come true
