		<description>No-- skip it any heat on your hair does damage. If you want to have healthy hair don&#039;t ever use heat,blow dryers flat irons etc Hair is not alive if you damage it it does not heal All you can do is try to get moisture back into it once you burn it Conditioner may help sometimes it just breaks off &amp; you&#039;ll have to wait for it to grow back. If you want to relax curl braid it while it is damp let it dry then take out of braid. try it out -- hope this helps  (^.:.^)  c2009</description>
