Lately I've been paying a lot more attention to my hair, trying to make it as healthy as possible. I have stopped blow drying and straightening it as much and that alone has made a huge difference! Another suggestion is to use Redken. I am OBSESSED with this stuff! Ever since I've started using it, my hair has felt softer, shinier, and all around healthier. Hopefully one or both of these tips work for you, good luck!

Okay so its all about the shampoo condiotner and round brush you are using and blowdryer. And stay away from all flat irons!!! Thet are so damaging. And how often are you getting your hair trimmed.

Here is the shampoo and conditoner I use and its made my hair sooo soft! http://backtobasics.com/haircare/reparative.php

My hair is dry and damaged from all the bleaching and coloring back and forth to blonde and my highlights and all thaty great stuff.......and they are only $10 a bottle and The bigger bottles are $20. So worth every penny.

Then when I get out of the shower I towel dry my hair and I put this in my hair http://www.moroccanoil.com/faq.htmits about $30-$40 a bottle and it will last you at least about 6-8 months. It makes my hair so shiny and soft. And I have naturuallyt curly/wavy hair so when I have this in my hair it cuts blowing my hair straight in half. And my hair looks so amazingly healthy and shiny since I have been using it. And you dont use a lot. Just about a quarter size amount or a little more depending on how thick and long you hair is .

Make sure yoyu just dont use any round brush. Go to a salon and spend no more than $15 bucks in it. I know that seems a lot. But do you know what kind of a difference you will see?

This is the blow dryer I use. It cuts my time in half and I have had it for 3 years http://www.hdryers.com/elchim-hair-dryer.htm

Okay so remember, yeah, you are going to be spending a bit more than you probably do. And do you know what I love about that shampoo? You just need a little bit and it lathers up soooo much!

And when you get your hair cut, dont ever ever get it cut dry. Its like the worst thing for your hair that and thinning it out. And make sure you dont just go to anyone. Find a really good stylist and so what if you spend a little more, your hair is like the most important thing.

Im am going to try to find the round brush I use online and send u the link.

And also, its all about how you straighten your hair. Are you seperating your hair in sections or are you just grabbing random pieces and straightening them?? And if you dont have time in the morning to take a lot of time on it. Why dont you wash your hair the night before and take your time to straighten it? And then you can take a quick body shower in the morning. And if you are worried about it messing up you can sleep with a silk shower cap or change your pillow cases to silk or satin. My hair usually looks better the next day. And also over washing your hair could be another problem. You might be stripping your hair from its natural oils.

Are you doing at home hair conditoning treatments??

And if you got to the salon and get a cut and a blow out look at the way your stylist is blowing out your hair and remember it for next time when it comes to you blowing out your own hair

Love ya! I hope I helped!!

and when you straighten it, clip it up in sections, and start from the underneath of your hair, letting a bit more down each time

Put the hair into sections and straighten a bit at a time, and maybe ask someone to do the back for you?

Most heat protector sprays are good, and you can get shampoo and serum made to help protect the hair from heat in any normal drug stores

Firstly you need to get a lotion for you hair that will protect it from burning. Most products will also give you hair and added shine, and you can get them even from your local supermarket!
Next you have to invest in a good hair straightener. It may seem like a big outlay of money at first but when the straigthener heats up in 2min and has setting for different thickness of hair it will definitely be worth it. Than everyday before you go to school you will be able to do your hair in now time and it will look great everytime.
